Thank you for visiting. I created this web site for buyers, sellers and residents of Rincon Valley. My goal is to create a site that is interesting, current, and relevant to Rincon Valley real estate. I hope you enjoy your visit, and encourage you to add this site to your Favorites list so you can use it as a local Rincon Valley reference guide.
New for 2012
I made a New Years resolution to offer 4.5% listing commissions to home sellers in the Rincon Valley area (95409) through 2012. For more information on why I am offering this, and what types of homes qualify, visit: Working Smarter.
"Your Rincon Valley Realtor:" People ask me why I call myself "your Rincon Valley Realtor." I've lived in Rincon Valley for almost 20 years. I bought my first townhouse in Rincon Valley in 1994. I then bought a single family home in Rincon Valley, and later acquired a rental unit, also in Rincon Valley. My two kids go to two different Rincon Valley schools which has provided me with a huge group of social contacts with whom I talk to on a daily basis. I believe it is this source of friends and neighbors that has allowed me to succeed as a Realtor in Rincon Valley, by bringing buyers and sellers together.
Rincon Valley has so much to offer. Great local shopping centers like Sky Hawk Village, Montecito and Saint Francis Shopping Centers; restaurants like Rita's, Union Hotel, Robertos, and Cafe Europe; specialty stores like Carter's Rincon Valley Feed Store, Rincon Valley Yard & Garden, Rincon Cyclery and much much more.
